About Coach Brittany Fanning

I began my journey in Muay Thai in 2010, initially to lose weight, but quickly fell in love with the sport and its rich culture. Under the tutelage of international champion David “King Tong” Huerta, I adapted to a dynamic blend of traditional Muay Thai and Dutch striking styles. This experience shaped my unique approach to training, where I embraced both the elegance and intensity of Muay Thai.
My coaching style is relaxed and rhythmic, staying closely connected to the traditional roots of the sport. I am a firm believer in responding to an opponent's movements and mastering the art of controlling the pace of a fight. I focus not just on technique but also on the mental aspects of what it takes to be a fighter — resilience, strategy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
I’m passionate about using Muay Thai to inspire students of all levels. I believe in leveraging the fitness and mental challenges of fighting to help others reach their full potential, both inside and outside the ring. Whether you're here to improve your fitness, learn self-defense, or pursue competitive fighting, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals through the art of Muay Thai.

With over 10 years of full-time CrossFit coaching experience, I am deeply committed to continuous learning and growth. I’ve earned my CrossFit Level 3 certification and completed numerous advanced courses to ensure I deliver the highest quality coaching. My mission is to empower athletes to reach their fullest potential, helping them achieve their goals both inside and outside the gym.
